When clients say, “…I hate my website” they sometimes mean, “…I hate my homepage.” Many websites are actually quite useful, functional, and perform well but, the homepage needs a refresh.

If you are unhappy with your first impression, consider reworking your homepage design and content.

Price: $500

This price includes both the development and implementation of changes to your homepage. Also, I’ll train you to maintain it with little assistance.

This package includes:

  • Consultation Meeting (1)
  • Training Meeting (1)
  • Web content including text, photos, and graphics
  • Front End Web Design

Prices include 3 send backs for edits on any one piece of creative. Additional edits will be charged by the hour at the rate of $45 per hour. If needed for Central VA clients, I can complete a photography session (price varies).

If you are interested in purchasing individual pieces of creative, please see my services.

Timeline: 2-3 Weeks

After the initial meeting, the development and execution of this homepage redesign should take 2-3 weeks. This includes revisions and collecting materials. The timeline varies depending on the speed of client approval.

  • Week 1: Initial Meeting and Concept Discussion, where the client provides necessary materials
  • Week 2: New Homepage Draft Ready for review
  • Week 3: Approve Creative and Launch

If approvals move more quickly, we can move the launch date. If approvals lag, the launch date will need to be moved out accordingly. Finally, we will meet to teach you how to make any future changes internally.

The Process

Phase One

When you work with me, communication is everything. At the first meeting, we will identify the primary person approving the creative and anyone who you would like kept in the loop. We will discuss your project goals and brand.

Phase Two

Next, I develop a strategy and creative based on our prior discussions. I send these for review and edits. Most of the time, this takes place over email. We can also set up a video meeting to review the visual aspects of the project.

Phase Three

Once you approve the final version, I will launch the creative. At this time, we discuss any ongoing tracking or reporting related to your project.

Next Steps

If you are interested in improving your homepage, contact me for an initial listening meeting.  During that meeting, we will discuss the following questions.

  • What platform are you using?
  • What functions do you need your homepage to support?
  • Who is your ideal customer?
  • What kind of website traffic do you currently get?

Additionally, feel free to contact me about any marketing challenge you are facing today!
